Refund Eligibility

  • We do not accept returns for:

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

  2. After review, we will provide a return authorization and the return address.
  3. Please package your item securely and return it using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
